"Ine never enjoys making appointments and waiting on call backs from medical offices. I have to shout out to Tylor (not sure how he spells his name) and Lynn. After some bumps along the way, they made my infusion day very pleasant. I was greeted and they were both very friendly. I had spoken to Tylor on the phone and he went over and above to rectify a scheduling problem. Thank you, Tylor and thank you for your caring and kindness."
