"In the middle of Friday night I had to rush my mini schnauzer, Lois, to the ER vet. When I had to pick her up that morning, they had recommended I bring her to Gill Bright because she still was very sick. The staff was so friendly and the vet was just amazing. He took the time to answer all my concerns and explained the plan for her. She’s been doing better and I’m so thankful that they were open that day! The tech took his time to explain all her new medications when I picked her up. The vet called me Monday morning to follow up on her and answered some questions I had. Definitely will be recommending them!"

"Very friendly staff, very clean, and they are all great my pet dog, Freddie. They love him and know him either by name, when I call or even walk in with him. Everyone is always willing and ready to help. Very knowledgeable. Quick appointments. They’ve always made time for him. Once Freddie needed surgery and they explained that it could wait so that I wouldn’t feel pressured to do it immediately. Dr. Bright also explained the benefits of doing it sooner and told me what to look for me to know when it would become necessary to not wait. I chose to do it at that time and she quickly reached out to the orthopedic surgeon that did the surgery. When we brought him in for his pre-op exam and tests we found out that he had a UTI. If she had not checked, we would have never known about that and wouldn’t have known to treat him with antibiotics. After two weeks of antibiotics Freddie was able to have his surgery. They took great care of him before, during and after his surgery. Dr. Bright called me with updates during the surgery and after. I was welcomed to call and check in on him at anytime. She told me to feel free to call with any questions during his recovery and I actually did call her on two occasions. She immediately came to the phone to help and reassure me. He also went for laser therapy for three months after his surgery. They always had him at the front desk playing with him while waiting to be picked up. They all fell in love with him as well. They took pictures of him with his little goggles he wore to protect his eyes and sent it to me. One asked permission to post Freddie’s picture on his own social media accounts, because he thought Freddie was so cute. Of course, I was so happy to say yes to his request. Also, if I call for an appointment for Freddie, whoever answers the phone says, “Oh no, what’s wrong with Freddie?” This always makes me feel so good because I know how much they love and care about him. Several of the staff have really bonded with him. He loves them as well. For all of these reasons and more I would totally recommend Gill Bright Animal Hospital to everyone I know!"
