"Best Aquatic Store I have ever been to.... the customer service from the entire team is amazing not only are they all very friendly but they are very knowledgeable in their trade, if they don't know how to help solve aan issue with your tank they will help you find the best person or place who caan help you .. also they do not try to just Sale you more products... even though everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly we tend to recommend that you ask for Mr Chris, Mr Adrian, and Chris #2 lol... unfortunately I don't know the others names as these are who we tend to see most but everyone of the team has been the best... my husband and I stop in almost weekly it is my favorite store in Louisiana"

"Love this place, the guys here are great and always helpful with giving you the right information you need about your aquariums or ponds. Good prices too, I’ve bought two ryukins, lots of plants, and a few snails from here. Months later they are all thriving happily. Skip going to petsmart, go get quality fish from the professionals."

"Have to love going to tropical fish bowl if you're an enthusiast. The employees actually know their trade and didn't take a quick lesson on a computer at some big box company. There's no bit of vital information that you can't get from bucky. Guy knows everything and then some.. if he's being all salty don't take it personally. He deals with idiots all day that ask stupid questions. Now Chris on the other hand is the nicest you'll meet..can answer your question s and if doesn't have the answer will go get it. Inventory not what it used to be but can't blame them. High end fish should be ordered per customers request.. they have everything you need to get s your tank started and can even install and maintenance.. great place.. good people who know what they are doing. I highly suggest going if you haven't already."

"AWESOME STORE! Very friendly and helpful staff. I was recently visiting town for work and stopped by to see this store, very envious of everyone local that can shop this store regularly. This is a classic fish store that takes the time to educate their customers. I listened to one of the staff thoroughly question a potential customer on the condition of their tank. They asked the right questions and helped educate a young beginner in the hobby, I was very impressed. There are some beautiful fish in this store and lots of dry goods. Brine shrimp hatchery’s,meds, everything a fish keeper needs. I look forward to returning soon."
