"Someone by the name of Connie called me from this office and rudely told me that they do not accept my insurance. She did not offer other helpful information and quickly hung up. If they did accept my insurance I WOULD NOT be scheduling with this office due to rudeness and no compassion!"

"They claimed the same thing with my daughter after her doctor referred her to another dr their and when it was time for her appointment she was in the hospital do because she missed that appointment we tried to reschedule then they said the new doctors weren’t seen patients with her condition."

"June 2016 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. I went to Lourdes Oncology Associates and have been doing chemo every two weeks since. Approximately 2 - 3 months ago my doctor left there and moved away. Now I am being told that I will be discharged at the end of August. They claim several doctors have left and that I no longer have a doctor. They were going to refer me to the charity in Lafayette that is so deplorable that they recently talked about closing their doors. As of today I do not have a doctor. The receptionist or whoever I spoke to said it was my decision to continue treatment, but I will be discharged at the end of August."

"This will be my last time come g to this office. I checked in at 1 my appt was at 1:30. It is now 3 and i am still sitting in a room waiting to see Dr. Donald. Last time I was here I walked out after waiting 45 minutes and i was the 1st patient on the schedule! My time is worth just as much as this doctors time. I should send him a Bill!"
