"I have been waiting over a month for a delivery from Hammond. 1 hour away. Set delivery times never show. If they had a zero star I would have checked it"

"Wasted a day off work waiting for them not to show up, then four days later I was told the driver would call me when they were on there way so I could meet them when they made the delivery. I did not receive a call, only a text notifying me that the delivery had been made. Now I have a giant, 160lb package sitting unattended on my raised front porch and have to figure out a way to move it myself. They changed my delivery date SIX TIMES after having possession of my package for ELEVEN DAYS. Absolutely absurd."

"AWFUL. Prompted me schedule a delivery for a day that the product could not be delivered because it wasn't even in New Orelans. No one bothered to call me to tell me. I wasted 1/2 a day off of work. Then, I rescheduled a delivery for between 9-1pm today and the package never came. Another 1/2 day off work wasted. Called and said the driver was 2 hours behind due to weather, and I could leave a note without having to stay to sign (!!!!!). Well, it's currently after 4PM and the package still has not arrived. WORST COMPANY EVER."

"AWEFUL. I was told that I HAD TO BE THERE To Sign for my package. Was told it would be delivered between 11-3. I called at 1 to see if the driver was on his way. They told me let me call and I will call back. 2 hours later I called again. The drive then called me 10 minutes later and said No Ma'am, I won't get there until after 5 PM and you don't have to be there to sign if you don't need to. I LOST A DAYS WORTH OF WORK. Over $100.00 because of All Star Freight. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL."

"They delivered a broken piece of furniture to my house. The delivery driver agreed to pick it up and ship it back, but the office staff would not allow this. The girl on the phone was extremely rude by mocking me and the other employees in the background (including the supervisor) was laughing. I had never felt so betrayed and hopeless. Even the supervisor "Joe" was so heartless. I felt this was all a joke to them. I was told from corporate (after filing a complaint) that although the drivers were wanting to do the "right thing", it would have caused more paperwork for the Kenner office. He was willing to have the product picked up because he was embarrassed by the way I was treated and how the Kenner staff (especially a supervisor) handled the situation and represented their company."
