"A month before my wedding I had to scramble to find a cake shop last minute for a bride’s and groom’s cake because the owner forgot to ask where my cake was being delivered and didn’t like the owner, therefore cancelled my order with zero notice, after it being confirmed for 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and petty. But to be honest it’s the best thing that could have happened, because after finding another cake shop and tasting their cakes, I can’t believe I ever wasted time considering Guidry’s."

"We ordered our son’s first birthday cake and smash cake prior to his birthday party. We got sick so we had to reschedule his party and I called the shop and they said it was no issue. My son’s dad goes to pickup the cakes that morning and there’s no cakes to be picked up. He ended up leaving because he did not have time to wait for the cakes to be taken out of the freezer and be decorated. Thankfully my friend was able to stop by on the way to the party to pick up the cakes or we would have been late to our son’s party."
