"Said pizza was ready at 440. Didn't come out until 457. Just say it's not ready. Ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 meat lovers and 1 Supreme. Got 2 pepperoni and 1 meat lovers. Second time in a row that they got my order wrong. First time took over a hour to get someone on the phone. Wasn't wasting my time again. Will not order from this pizza hut again."

"I do not know what it is about the night shift. The pizza is horrible! I received a credit for my order and got my order remade still the same quality. I just trashed it and went to Johnny’s. The need to make some changes quick. Not to take away from day shift but night shift makes it bad for both! Pizza is dry and burnt!"
