"I ordered a delivery on Friday October 27th. It was a small pizza with a couple extra items. My delivery was supposed to arrive around 8:30 and my text said it was delivered. Apparently someone was standing outside and the driver assumed the man had placed the order. I finally received my order after 10 pm and was told I didn't qualify for any discounts because it was a new driver and not his fault. I am disabled, I was extremely tired and didn't even receive an apology when I called wondering WHO my food was delivered to. I'm also wondering why I was billed for BOTH orders. We've ordered from them a few times which will not happen again."
