"This place use to be a nice place to go with friendly workers and a manager with sense and respect for customers. When Ms. Linda was manager there was courtesy and friendliness! Now the environment is plan out ridiculous! Visited a few weeks ago ordered chicken strip dinner for my Daddy toast was old and cold and fries were not fresh. I told the young man at the window and he replied "I don't know what to do about that"! I said call your manager here to the window please. He first hollers and tells them what the complaint is, then someone in the kitchen starts mouthing off very loudly for us to hear, send it back I will pop in the microwave if they want it hot! When the manager finally came too the window I addressed that rudeness and disrespect first and suggested to her you need to train your staff on proper customer treatment because that was so rude and tacky! She said ok, with the nonchalant attitude of a leaf. Then she went on to say toast is made in big batches and it takes over 30 minutes to heat the oven so nothing they could do about that! She had no concern, no care! I didn't even bother with the rest of the issues with the food. I requested a refund and left. This was the second bad visit here in less than a month. Needless to say we will not be back! Of course that doesn't bother management nor staff at this location at all! Very unhappy to have to write this review but it was important enough to do so."

"So I pull up to make an order and I order the seven dollar combo which I was told that that ended at 2. OK no big deal so I said well can I get a cheeseburger combo? The response was yeah we have a lot of those which one so I said just a regular cheeseburger and the lady said which one and I was like a burger with cheese and all of the fixings on it fries and a large Coke. I also would like a caramel cheesecake blizzard. We’re out of cheesecake OK then let me have the Butterfinger with extra Butterfinger. I did not understand how much it was because she wasn’t speaking clearly. I get up to the window. She opens the door turns the blizzard upside down there’s like a huge amount of ice cream on the side of the cup slipping down and instead of cleaning it, she just hand it to me so now I have ice cream all over my hands and so I have to ask her for napkins and I’m cleaning all this up myself since she did not bother to wipe it where the ice cream had come out of the cup. I said thank you and she said hmmmm in response. As I took my brown bag of food, I asked her name and she said Laura and suddenly after I asked her name she got really sweet and nice and said thank you have a great day. Please keep Lillian at the window because she’s much better at customer service and I will be calling before I come from now on to see who is working the window and I will not be back as long as Laura is working the window!! She had a snarky attitude, and very poor customer service."

"Everything was great. Only thing I'd have liked to see different was my burger was surprisingly small. I ordered off the 2 for $5 menu and I chose the burger and fries, and I got a medium soft drink added to it."

"This has got to be the Best Dairy Queen I have Ever been too! Everything from the staff to the music made this a wonderful lunch experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh. The sock hop style music on the radio gave this DQ a real Soda Shop feel. If ever passing through Logansport La, I highly recommend stopping by for nostalgic atmosphere, smiling faces, and delicious food!"
