"If I could give this 0 stars I would. This storage facility started out great before they were bought out by the new company. They went from being 24 hour to closing at 9pm, making it a hassle for anyone who works odd hours or has other responsibilities. The "motion sensor" lights go off quickly while you're trying to go through anything so you have to continuously get up and walk through the halls to get them back on. There have been mouse droppings in our unit. There's no clocks and nothing to announce when they're close to closing. If you're in past 9pm, you'll get locked in and have to either leave your car there or get the fire department to get you out. They don't return phone calls. And my favorite part, they raise the prices multiple times a year without notifying you! We were supposed to be grandfathered in at the rate we had before they were bought out but weren't.They say they raise prices to "update" facilities but I can tell you right now, my unit hasn't been updated. Then when you finally do get in touch with anyone they aren't helpful AT ALL. Take your business elsewhere!"
