"I recently had my house burn down when I tried to call in 4 different times to explain my situation I was hung up on 3 times before anyone said anything. Once I called the 4th Time I nicely said I have to clothes to clean she interrupted and said “well you will have to bring it in” and before I could say anything she hung up one me again. So sadly I was not allowed to do any business here."

"terrible experience On May 20,2020 (wedding was May 16,2020) i dropped my daughters wedding dress off to get the train cleaned. Spoke to Walter at time of drop off and he said not a problem he will get it clean. He said pick up in one week. Went in on May 27 to pick up dress. Just to be greeted by two woman who looked for the dress for over 30 minutes.They came back and told me dress must be soaking. Was told the same thing the following week on June 1 and the gals took my pick up ticked and i had to have them print a new ticket as i needed a ticket to pick up the dress. The attitude was terrible behind it. Called June 15 told the dress is ready.I picked the dress up today June 19,and it doesn't look like the train has been touched at all.I told Walter I was disappointed and he said i could leave the dress to soak some more. At thsis time I told Walter he needed to make it right as the dress was still dirty. He told at that time that the dress also had a huge stain in the front of the dress and thats what they focused on the most and took a long time get the stain out. That's vfalse this dress had no stain or markings on the front of the dress. If so why didn't he put that on the receipt at time of drop off like he wrote "very dirty bottom".As I told Walter i did a charge back. first picture is fron t dress were Walter states was stained. Second picture is just one spot of the train that he states he cleaned. this company FAILED"

"Worst customer service ever!!! They ruined 7 pairs of jeans twice!!!! Refused to give us our clothes after we told them we would not be paying for something that they messed up for the 4th time!!!!! When asked for the manager, was told he was "too busy on the phone" to speak with an unhappy customer Had to drive from original location to main office and pop up on manager to speak with him. He "Walter" gave bs excuses while blaming his staff "the girls over there" as he said were the problem. He then begged for us to let him take our Jean's one more day to try to fix them, and stated he would PERSONALLY call us the next day with our clothes. That was on Monday. Today is Thursday and still haven't heard from him or anyone else. Even after calling on Wednesday to speak with Walter. Called AGAIN today and an extremely rude and disrespectful employee answered being unprofessional, making rude comments under her breath and to the people in the background She proceeded to give me the run around and lying. Then cussed and hung up in my face! After calling the other store to try to speak to another manager, I was connected to Christy. She was the first person to act professionally She found our clothes and allowed us to pick up the ones that weren't completely ruined. Had to let her know that Walter promised to reimburse us for our Jean's. So now we have to wait another 1-2 weeks to hopefully get compensated. Will not be returning. They give excuses for everything instead and blame the workers instead of taking accountability as a real boss should."
