"My family has always requested Dr. Ben, from my moms Gaulbladder Surgery to my dad having minor surgerys here and there. When I was sent to the crowley ER for a polinidal Syst, I was so happy to hear they recommended him. His schedule was full and so was the jennings hospital but they worked VERY hard to get me in asap and Dr Ben kept me updated through the entire process! He is amazing at answering questions, he is thorough in his explanations and examinations, and most importantly, he is friendly and kind. Most Dr's tend to loose that kindness but over the years, Dr Ben has never lost it. I am so grateful to him for the kindness and courtesy he and his staff has showed us over the years, and especially now."

"JENNINGS: The patient scheduling is an issue. They schedule all patients to arrive at 6:30 am. There at least 30 patients waiting to be seen NOT including who accompanied them to their appointment. This is a ridiculous scheduling policy! They are rude to think patients must sit and wait hours to be seen by one doctor. The office is drab and old appearing. No thought went in to making it look attractive. The staff seems polite. Take my advice, seek treatment in the nearest major city. The time spent on your drive could be far less than sitting in an unventilated waiting room during flu season with patients who are coughing and spitting in a cup in the waiting room."
