"Parents who have children, with disabilities , STAY A WAY On 02/12/2024 , my 8 yr. old child with ASD went to receive treatment and CARE. Instead he walked into an ER personnel were cruel and dismissive. My son was in excruciating pain. His body was rigid, contorting and crying at the top of his lungs. Their reply, "It's because he has autism and scared" Next, they could not find a vein anf those nursea treated my child, like a pin cushion. As a matter a fact, one month later his arm remains scared . The heart monitor's alarm was going off and the screen read TACHYCARDIA serveral times. Not one nurse moved, I had to go and get one. By the 3d time , a nurse turned off the alarm and said, "don't worry about it". Again I ask for some relief for the pain he'd been in for an houer. Kids with autism blood pressure skyrocket because they're scared. I told them my child isn't afraid of new spaces. He's cries for hep were unanswered. There was one nurse who told me "it's time for me to be good mom to my son" These people need sensitivity training, classes to educate them autism and acting classes to pretend like they care. The next my son had the same issue a complete 180. He was given relief and the team cared."

"At an emergency room patients should not be waiting 3 hours to bleed to death this is outrageous! An open head wound gets the lowest priority how is this place is still allowed to be classified as a healthcare facility this isn't even my first issue with this hospital this is just the one that I will not let go unheard!"

"The receptionist was rude and stated, "This is the second time you've been here this week!" I waited 3 hours to be seen with a TBI and the physicians assistant only saw me less than 5 minutes, didn't listen to me or my systems, or look me over. He sent me home without looking at the CT scan stating "there's nothing wrong with her so we don't need to wait for the scan."""
