"Guess we should be glad we have a post office in Welsh even though they are no longer open Saturdays. As far as rural delivery goes if you work during day good luck getting any of your packages coming by USPS. Trying to restrict using USPS for any deliveries in the future because they are not allowed to drop anywhere but the roadside receptacle. It was not this restricted in the past. I know other areas they will drop on your doorstep"
