"I think they are stealing packages. I've had to get Amazon involved 6 or 7 times this year for packages that were blatantly wrong like my name printed on a box that had a completely different item in it, and or indefinitely "running late" from usps only."

"Everytime we get mail or packages, they deliver it to my neighbors house or even 2 house down from mine. This is the 2nd time had a amazon package that is supposed to be delivered and according to their site and postal service site, it says it was delivered and it never was or delivered to a completely different address."

"Ever since we got a new mailman, I am extremely disappointed. I no longer want to order anything online because it will say left at front door when it hasn't been delivered. Once it even said I had picked up my package at their facility when I didn't. This is unacceptable especially when you pay extra for fast shipping and the mailman just doesn't feel like delivering it that day. This postal service is a joke and high disappointment."

"They are always losing my mail. And when I call them they say, yeah it shows right here it was delivered. If it was delivered I can promise you it was delivered to the wrong house."

"I have not revived some of my packages .I had my packages delivered to other peoples houses. I had peoples packages dropped off to my house. Other peoples packages was their medication you could tell because of the sound it made. I brought it back to the post office. I have had many problems with the USPS over the years. I have gave the feedback with my concerns. I have yet to see improvement. This day and age with online purchases you would think my mail would make it to my house. I'm going to start complaining to amazon maybe that will help."
