"I love when I don't get my mail. Super fun having to chase down my checks and packages. I also think it's awesome how they let the phone ring a million times instead of picking up. Pretty cool how they give no fks."

"Rude, incompetent, stupid morons who can't do their job then try to blame customers for their mess ups. Lost my package in a "parcel locker" then tried to say it was delivered to the house which it was not and now our stuff is just in limbo somewhere and these idiots are refusing to find it."

"I bn having my P O Box Since 2008 and now twice in June of 2023 my bank statement was coming to my box and I never got it after the app told me it was supposed to be in my box on that day. January 17th 2024 I was suppose to get my debit card in the mail and I never came they told me I have to wait 72 hours and still haven’t got it. The manager never came to the front to talk to me and another gentleman. This is ridiculous and unprofessional I pay too much money for the box for my mail to be put in the wrong box! And the lady ask me how do I know they putting the mail in the wrong box and I said yesterday they put 3 letters in my box that’s not even my box number! Y’all need to get it together wit my mail now I got my bank information and debit in someone’s hands"

"I've been waiting 3 weeks for a call saying my mailbox keys have came in. I try calling everyday to check but no one ever answers except for today. She answered but asked me to hold before I could even say anything. I was on hold for 20 mins (see pic) and I ended up hanging up and calling back 4 times with no answer. I can't get my mail or packages and I'm extremely annoyed at the fact that I will probably have to leave work early just to go up there in person to check if my keys are there. I understand it's a busy season but don't tell customers to call the number that's written on the receipt to check if y'all aren't going to answer the phone. There needs to be another way to go about this."

"Poor attitudes , and no concern about putting any extra energy into making sure customers get there mail, or even leaving notification of mail unable to be delivered. I never seen attitudes displayed like this in the postal service, this must be part of what they call being brand new."
