"Dining room was almost empty and one person in front of me waiting to order. I waited for almost 10 min to order and the 5 people working seemed overwhelmed. Two workers started arguing about which size cups to use for which drinks and all the other workers stopped and stared at the argument. I finally just left before even getting a chance to order."
"Website says they serve breakfast till 10:30 then start selling lunch. I got there at 10:33 and they told me to make a lunch order I would have to wait 15 more minutes. I drove there specifically to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Thanks for wasting the little time I have alotted for my lunch break."
"Abysmal customer service, it took myself and the lady in front of me forever to get our orders in. Daytime (asst?) manager couldn't appear to care less and it shows the same with her employees. Drive-thru gal took my order but didn't get me my drink and worst of all, not a hair net in sight!! Fortunately the food was good, no hairs in it!! Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave if he could see this store."
