"10/27/2023 @ 3:57AM I placed an online order for pickup @ 4:45AM. I arrived promptly @ pickup time. It appeared only one waitress is on duty, understandable if business is slow. I digress back to poor rating. The waitress very pleasant did her best to appease me for the order not being prepared. Her manager on the other hand instructed her to spill lies in an attempt to get me to wait. I couldn't because I had a commute which takes 30 minutes. I requested the manager, who came forward we exchanged pleasantries. I told her this situation needed to be resolved. She told me she couldn't only her manager could. Now if DENNYS is going to put online ordering in place the organization should have every means to resolve issues immediately in place. You Get To Screw Me Over Only Once. I won't be a customer again."

"If i could give negative stars i would. i ordered a t-bone steak that was the worst steak i ever had. it looked like a pork chop. They did nothing to make this right. just took it away and that was that. i do not recommend eating here at all. this place needs a health inspector to shut this place down. the first pic is their steak. the second pic is what a real steak looks like."

"Horrible food and horrible service. I paid $40 for old dry food. Wanted to have my family Christmas breakfast ready for them when they woke up so I ordered dennys online. When I got there I sat at the pick up for 15 minutes getting looked at by at least 8 workers, non of them helped or said a word to me. I tried flagging them over and they all looked at me and just all kept talking to each other at the bar. Everyone of them made eye contact with me and just flat out looked away and kept on chatting. Finally a manager walked in so I stopped him and let him I've been waiting and nobody will help me. Not once did he apologize. He looked and said my food was still being cooked. Was supposed to be ready at 7:15. Here it was 7:30 and I'm the only customer in there. I asked him about the 20 percent discount I was supposed to get for being a member and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. He came back with my order finally. I added to small ojs, $6.04 for 2 smalls. Whatever I'm just ready to go. I get home and the food is all cold, butter wouldn't even try to melt and I only live 2.4 miles from there. Noodles were old and hard and the chicken was so dry up was literally cracking open. Horrible Food and even worst Service."
