"Play area is never an appropriate temperature for the kids to play in. Always an insanely long wait for Luke warm food. Rude customer service. Waited over an hour to place an order. Employee offered to help and clock in. She was told no and griped at for even asking. Management was incredibly rude to the workers. Refused to ever make eye contact. Complained about people not showing up while denying a clock in. Worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever had. This experience was a repeat offender. This is not a one time occurrence. The way management speaks to their employees is terrible."
