"I was there Friday 12- 15, 2023 at about 3:00pm. I had 2 boxes going to Charlotte, NC and 2 boxes going to Dothan, AL. ALL WERE DELIVERED ON MONDAY 12-18-23! THAT WAS FAST! This was on regular shipping too! Thanks a bunch!!!!"

"The lady at the front desk is usually very nice and understanding, and she's been willing to help me with whatever I need concerning postage. Never once had a problem with her, she's amazing. However, the carriers are another story. I order a lot of packages online(kinda a guilty pleasure lol). But almost everytime USPS is delivering them, they end up going missing or get stent to the wrong address, or they're just always delayed. My most recent one, they tagged it as "Delivered", but in never came in my mailbox. I definitely prefer UPS when it comes to packages. And even postage mail is a hassle. Even though there were official address changes made, I still keep getting past tenants' mail, both when I'd been staying with my mom(YEARS after they'd moved away!!), and now when I'm living on my own. USPS, please hire better mail carriers for our town..."

"Went to the post office at 1230 when they said lunch will be done I had to wait until 115 until someone finally decided to come to the front. There was 10 people waiting outside .. very bad service....."

"I have been getting my mail from people down the road from me and the mail carrier just shove stuff in my mailbox instead of bringing it to me while I was sitting outside! I dont know about you; but I dont like getting my package Squash!!! I have not been getting some of my stuff I ordered because possible being send to someone else's house!! An I keep getting someone else's mail also and I would have to go to there home and deliver it to them!! The mail carrier sucks!!"

"The women at the front desk are always extremely helpful and friendly. The man who brings my mail is smiling at all times. I have never had even one negative experience. These people work hard and do their jobs perfectly."
