I was so amazed how the employee took the item with the wrappings from my hands and was excited to serve me & took pkg. I was amazed how most professional, informative & how he served me most efficiently. His customer service is as outstanding. I stood back and watched after me, all employees exceeded a customers high expectations with the technical excellence as subject matter experts! If I could give 10 stars I would! I love you workers!!!"

"I mailed legal documents by certified mail that needed a signature confirmation upon delivery. The post office sent them 2 hrs away to Shreveport instead of the 20 mins away to their destination. They lost the documents I mailed. It's been 3 weeks and they are still lost"

"Due to lower staffing and limited resources, the United States Postal Service faces a challenging task in managing mail delivery for both former and current residents. It can be understandably frustrating to deal with. Over the past decade that I have resided at my home, I have made numerous calls to report that I am receiving mail intended for former residents. While there is typically a temporary halt to these delivery errors after the initial report, it's sadly predictable that the problem will arise again after a few weeks. It's a hassle that I could do without."

"The worst mail service in my entire lifetime and you can not speak to a human to find out why a package that should have been delivered on Friday has not been delivered and it’s Tuesday . Common sense tells you if a business closes at 4:30 , you need to bring their mail before they close .. it’s not uncommon for mail to sit in my office mailbox 4 or 5 days .. I never use any business that uses the us post office . Last summer I had to physically bring our mail to the post office as it was never!!!! Delivered ."
