"Horrid food and service. Sweet tea was sweetened with vanilla syrup, burgers were ice cold with hardly and toppings, and employees were ghetto as hell. Don't waste your time or money"

"I ordered breakfast online, arrived to pick it up, drove back to my hotel room to find that I had been given the wrong order. Drove back to McDonald’s to have the order corrected. By this time breakfast was already over, they were busy, and I had a big order so I was already anticipating an issue. HOWEVER, after explaining it to the manager she immediately apologized and had the team remake the whole order and at my request received 2 free drinks for my troubles. Mistakes happen but how they are handled is what makes the difference. Miss Yvonne was very polite and professional. She took accountability for the mistake and made sure the team got it right despite being busy and breakfast was over. This was a surprisingly good experience."

"This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s location in Alexandria. You can order a happy meal and still have to pull forward. Kitchen full joking and playing around but definitely not working or getting orders out timely. You would think as long as you have to wait for your food it would at least be fresh. NOPE wrong! If you want McDonald’s, please do yourself a favor and go to the Jackson Street or North MacArthur locations!"

"If I could give no stars I would’ve. The first time I went in this same night my order was simple at least I thought. No mayo no mustard. Nope a glob of mayo and mustard and cold fries. I go back no mayo no mustard…. Got the no mayo right still mustard at this point I don’t want to give send my burger back through the window, fries hard as a rock and close to burnt. So this is what I came up with. Throw the top bun away and the fries too. Twice in one night on the same order!!! Oh my burger wasn’t even cooked throughly."
