"I ordered a pizza for delivery while visiting the area. It tasted fine, but it was a little soggy on the bottom and hard to eat. The bone in wings were fantastic, but they forgot to send my drink with the order and wouldn't refund me. Markib them down for forgetting a drink doesn't seem right, everyone makes mistakes, if I eat here next time, I'll go in and eat to experience it fresh from the oven."
"Y'all missed an opportunity for an order today. 1) when you select a coupon on your website it should immediately drop those items into your cart, it does not so I added them all individually but when I attempted to apply the coupon code it said that I needed to add the items from the coupon before the discount would be applied, I tried twice, it just doesn't work. I attempted to call to place an order by phone using the coupon but after 2 attempts and letting the phone ring an obnoxious amount of times I have to assume that you have it unplugged or the ringer is turned off. Ended up going somewhere else to pick up lunch instead. Have dined in before, love the pizza, but in terms of ordering pizza to-go y'all are behind the curve."
