"This would be a fantastic experience if the state if Louisiana would stop ripping open my mail / packages. My boxes always come in damaged and torn, ans today I received my bank statements outside of their envelopes and torn. I don't know who is doing this but this makes me very concerned about my information being compromised. There is no privacy in any of my orders or even my own bank. Anybody can just have access to this information? Let me speak to a supervisor PLEASE"

"Staff just sat the whole time and didn't bother checking if they have the box we need and they just kept saying no and wasnt really helpful with the questions that we have as well."

"If I could pay eBay sellers extra not to use USPS I would every time. Something goes wrong every time almost but when the driver purposely keeps something on the truck till the next day (so it will fit rather than bringing a large amount of mail inside) it is more than my temper can handle. To be that lazy at your job on top of the regular mistakes already made is just too much. I had three items out for delivery today - 2 of them deliver and the last still has “out for delivery” - and obvs the third will fit in the box tomorrow so let’s just hang onto it an extra day was the lazy drivers decision. They never suffer any consequences so why not. I have to print them out as proof because they will change the information the app shows me once they have time to erase what they did. This behavior is beyond ridiculous and I’m sick of it happening to me every time I have to receive something from these people."

"Good experience. Had to mail something quick, and was close by (near closing time). Got it paid for and shipped soon after arrival. A+ experience."
