"Eros post office is probably not the only one like this. But the first time I had enough of our mail carrier was the day she left a note saying I had to pickup a pkg that did not have any restrictions or signature required. She left the note because pkg stuck outside the box by several inches and didn't want to lay pkg at carport. I have had to call several times to correct the laziness. I am a courier as well and I'm not allowed to do the things she does. My job would have been in jeopardy several times. She drives a jeep and has a problem with going down peoples driveways because quote" it might break my vehicle".... yet I drive a small 4 door car and have never had a issue nor have I broke anything on my car. Now when I order amazon if it comes from Alabama area. I know it will be at least a day late. It always gets hung up."

"There is something very wrong at our Eros post office. I have 4 pkgs lost in route. All 4 tracking shows arriving at Eros facility. 1 was 3 of same thing in 3 boxes. 2 arrived & one didn't. All are 30 to 159 price. My Mother and daughter are having the same issue this year. UPDATE: MY MAMA SAID 2 OF HER PKGS ARE LOST. BOTH SHOW ARRIVING IN EROS."

"I find it very convenient to have them so close to town. They have their hours posted and pretty much stick to them. The staff has been helpful every time I have been there."

"Doesn't operate during normal business hours and I have complained several times of missing packages. Once after complaining about an Amazon package I was called several hours later and told to check my backdoor where I found an opened package that had not previously been there. Luckily it had all of its contents. On another occasion, I found one of my packages from an online company on top of a vehicle at a neighboring house where no one lived. It had been in the rain for several days, to the point the box fell to pieces when I collected it. I still had to pay $300 for that ruined package as the accompanying paperwork was also ruined by the weather."
