"The worker Ms. Lori don't have no customer service she do treat the customer like little kids and she do lost my copy of my registration and insurance card . Please be careful if y'all do have a vehicle storage there at this location here u want people to have insurance and registration on vehicle that's storage inside a unit but u do have vehicle storage outside without no insurance are registered that's not fair and they do have rats them rats did eat up on my car material inside the car I do feel like that cubby hole is responsible for that"

"The staff at cubby hole La 3 are very professional but personable and courteous, I love that about them. The manager has a heart of gold always trying to figure out a way to help and show empathy for tenants that are struggling to make their payments. Lori and her staff, seem very well organize. I love how clean they keep the place, there has not been one time I went there and found trash on the property. I would recommend cubby hole La 3 to anyone who's looking for a storage facility."

As a service member who resides overseas, I have had several issues where I have had to call and rectify certain situations (due to no mistake of mine) over the phone, only to receive dry apologies as if my time and money is not valuable.
