"seven times. seven times, i have had to leave work to go pick up a package because although i do NOT live in a gated community the driver refuses to drive into the apartment complex. i have seen him so many times sitting in his truck at the beginning of the apartment complex and just yesterday i got off work and he was there and when i left an hour later his truck was there but he wasn’t. he was parking in front of someone’s house and i’ve seen him park there several times then he says the driveway is inaccessible and won’t deliver our packages. this has to be the worst post office in the country. if he spent the amount of time he spends labeling every package as “driveway is inaccessible” as he did to just drop off the packages in the apartment he’d be done quicker!"
"First thought: sketchy. Very sketchy The place looks derelict. It's midday and I'm seeing overgrown bushes and litter sprinkled over top of their busted driveway. I seriously thought it was closed - abandoned and long forgotten. I sat in the empty lot for a bit before I went in. Inside was different. I found the lobby and box section is clean and well appointed. The staff I encountered were just regular people dealing with the joys associated with technology failures, lack of proper upper management and government oversight. So not anywhere close to perfect or really acceptable, but they were nice folks doing their best. But yeah, seriously their curb appeal is carjack junkie not at all cheerful safe warm kinda feeling. Like at all. It was messed up. But I know it wasn't anything those folks could really control."
"If I could post a 0 star review I would. It’s amazing how lazy these workers are. Packages being thrown onto porches, saying how you cannot deliver a package due to driveway being blocked when it’s an open driveway. Just pure laziness. Worst postal service possible. It’s amazing that you people still have jobs."
"The carrier in my area neighborhood was rude, inconsiderate, and lack proper customer service. I had package being delivered that I needed omw to work for a better work performance and instead of confirming my address by license to receive my package. He rudely said that he will not be doing it and that I will have to for it at my door which would have been around 8 pm when I had to be at work by 5 pm to which I encountered him sitting in his truck for ten minutes... I miss the old lady she was very sweet n considerate unlike the young hard headed boy they hired now... Also bossier postal service keep selling me short not delivering packages on Sundays and I see them leaving my neighborhood around 4-6 pm... This Will be brought to Amazon attention."
"Inside the post office they are so nice and friendly but their mail carriers are a different story. One of their carriers always seems to be in a bad mood and just kinda rude when spoken to. Also, they are just lazy as can be! If they don’t have a clear shot to the mailbox they just straight up won’t deliver any mail. I can’t help if someone parks in front of my box (the roads are government property not mine) and if I have family in town they park infront of my home as not to block others homes, so depending on how much family is here sometimes the box gets blocked. It isn’t a frequent thing me having th box blocked (if it were I could understand a note and not delivering but my family only visits a few times a year and usually on weekends). This actually just happened yesterday and no one was even at my house at all so I highly doubt my box was truly blocked I think it was just forgotten a day before and they needed an excuse to write on it. Gotta love not receiving a bill on the day it should be in... Where I’m from originally post carriers parked at the end of the street and walked it down house by house rain or shine sleet or snow/ packages were delivered by a separate truck they did not just drive house to house sitting in a truck all day. These people have it so easy yet still choose not to do their job. We also receive our neighbors mail all the time or them receiving ours (thank goodness I’m friends with the neighbor it happens with!). They need to get better with these things or I’ll be calling frequently until they are sick of hearing it. This also happens to our old couple friends down the street who are in their 80s."
