"Placed a delivery order to my hotel and was given a delivery time. It never arrived. I called the automated system to check and found out it got marked as carry out. Called to fix it and was placed on hold. Called from another line to ask for a refund and placed on hold again. Drove to the store to get my card refund and was ignored until my husband walked to the back to get an employees attention. They refunded the card no issues and said a call venter rakes orders for them and door dash does their deliveries. Cut out the middle men and answer the phone. Let customers know a third party will be delivering. I would not have placed an order if I knew this."
