"Let me start by saying I've worked in restaurants. I know what it's like to be short staffed or to be down a cook. We had a party of 6. The waitress was sweet and she did her best. She immediately got our drink orders and took our food order soon after. We waited over an hour for the 1st entrée to come out (understandable with a party of 6). The second order came out shortly after, a few minutes later the next two orders, 5 min later the 5th. 20min after the 1st entrée came out, after everyone at the table was finished, I received my order. Overall the food was bland and the fries were cold. If you're understaffed or experiencing long wait times between orders, communicate that to the customers. Offer to comp drinks, or offer a complimentary appetizer. The cost is minimal and it is a small gesture that goes a long way."
"The service was very disturbing and disgusting. Server sneeze at least 3 times never washed her hands. Then proceeded to go get food for orders out the kitchen for to go orders. I've never seen anything so disgusting while management stood there and watched her sneeze into her arms and hands. Not once did they make her wash her hands. I'll never be back bossier location!!!!"
"Poor customer service. It wasn't busy. 3 tables with patrons, 2 tables of 2 and 1 table of 4. The table of four was finished and paying their check. 2 people picking up to go orders. The server wasn't very friendly from the start. We placed our order with the waitress. Another table of 2 came in after we had placed our order. They ordered and received their food while we still waited for ours. Inquired about our order and were told it was coming. When it came I inquired how an order of burgers received after ours came out well before ours. She first tried to say they were short staffed (6-8 in the kitchen and 2 servers out front) had a curt and flippant response, then went into the kitchen and told the other server they would need to take care of us."
"Not busy in dining room Tues 14Nov Placed order; long wait. Finally asked if we were forgotten. Then brought food. Lukewarm fries; turkey burger dry not warm. We are regular customers; very disappointed! Sweet tea was grossly sweet; poured some out twice before I could get it close to drinking."
"The best burger in Shreveport is now the best burger in Bossier, too! We decided to make the drive the check it out, cautious with our expectations but delighted to find the food was as good as the original location. The sign on the door cautioned an expected hours' wait, but we had our food in about 30 minutes. The place was busy but not packed (this was about 7pm on a Wednesday) but I imagine during peak lunch and dinner hours it is probably a much longer wait. But that is just a testament to how good it is. It's definitely worth the drive and worth the wait, and with the much more friendly hours at the Bossier location, I anticipate many, many trips back. The onion rings are a better choice than the fries, but if you get fries, I recommend getting cheese or something else on them. I didn't love the cajun fries, seemed more like a seasoning with spice and not much flavor was sprinkled on them. I enjoy spicy, but I prefer some good flavor notes to accompany that, and it not be spicy just for the sake of being spicy. They weren't bad, mind you, but the onion rings were just so much better."
