"I placed an order on the app for curbside pick up. I arrived five minutes before the app said it should be ready. I went inside after waiting over 15 minutes for my food and not getting it. I did tell the store via online that I was at the store for pick up.when I got back to my hotel, I saw that by boneless wings did not have any of the garlic Parmesan sauce that was supposed to have and in my opinion my meat lovers pizza does not show extra cheese"

"Placed an order online and then had it canceled after realizing there was a closer location. This was on Saturday, by the way. Well, the refund still hasn't come through and any time someone answers when I call, they always say "give me one second" and then place me on hold or hang up, clearly not wanting to take care of people. It's a big joke. This place really needs a revamp or something because the service is not great at first impression."

"This occurred 3 days ago. I placed my order at 6:08pm for delivery. At 7:30 I received a message that my delivery driver was on their way to pick up my order( even though it said it would be delivered in 30 min) I did Not order through DoorDash so I’m not sure why they are bringing it but whatever I guess. My driver gets here and I’m missing more than 1/2 of my order I let the driver know and she didn’t care wasn’t her problem. So I take the pizza that was delivered to the store to have it corrected even though I’ve already paid for delivery. The lobby is full of people waiting to have their orders fixed too. They can’t even make my missing pizzas because they ran out of stuffed crust. I was given the rest of my order at 9 PM!!! They never even re made my original pizza delivered. So I left with old pizza that has been sitting out for hours. But I left it alone because the manager said she would refund my money. Well it’s been 3 days and still no refund has come to my bank and I’ve called and been on hold for 28 min at this moment and no one will answer the phone. This place is a joke!! I didn’t even ask for a full refund just my delivery fee my drivers tip and the old pizza that they couldn’t/wouldn’t remake. Why should I have to pay for 3 hour old pizza and a delivery fee even though I had to drive up there?!?! Update— drove up to the store and they gave me a refund said it should be on there tonight if not in 3-5 days. Hopefully all works out. Still will NOT ever place an order from here ever again. Staff tonight was very pleasant though. Thank you to the manager tonight Yasmin. Chrissy from Thursday night should have done her job and had this taken care of like she said she had!"

"About a month ago ordered pizza from the app, got a message saying it was ready, went to pick up to learn it wasn’t even going to be made for at least another 30 min because of a large order before me. I was not happy… Tonight, ordered on the app, for delivery, paid the Pizza Hut “delivery fee” and submitted my order. Seconds later got a text from door dash (which I don’t use) saying my delivery person from door dash would be there later with my pizza and to have $16 plus tip ready. Was a nightmare to try to cancel, they were rude at Pizza Hut, felt sorry for the door dash delivery girl trying to get it straight. Tried to not let me cancel saying I wouldn’t get a refund, thank goodness for me I was paying cash so only because of that I feel they cancelled it. I wasn’t going to accept it…. But #1 I didn’t want door dash, I don’t like it and it was never advertised. Certainly wouldn’t have agreed to an extra $16 delivery fee on a $25 pizza order. But also how on earth Pizza Hut are you going to charge me a delivery fee and then sub it out to door dash and they charge a delivery fee as well?! And there was absolutely nothing about using door dash when I submitted my order. Most likely my last attempt to eat at Pizza Hut. I don’t know if they are all like this or just the stockwell location but that’s bad business."

"Took awhile for delivery when it's literally across the street and there Is the box looking like this when I get. Seals broken sides of the box hanging out. Then there is the preparation of the pizza. As you can see by the pictures they literally just threw whole stacks of pepperoni on the pizza. I won't be ordering from this particular establishment again."
