"Very inconsistent food quality. Always a lot of team members slowly moving, so it takes forever to get a sandwich and cup of soup. I'd rather pick my food up at the counter versus watch it die in the window because the staff is "busy". Not sure where management is but they aren't directing aka managing."
"I had a spicy turkey melt, broccoli cheddar soup, and black cherry lemonade. It was all really yummy. I dare to say, I may have even enjoyed it more than Panera Bread! Couldn’t finish it all, so I took mine to go. This is a really nice place. Clean and bright. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very polite and attentive."

"Spud olé! I am happy they serve south Shreveport. :) the first attempt at this old menu item was a little bit disastrous, however an attentive manager had a remake done to perfection! Learning experience. Staff is not diverse, but polite unlike some competitors. Wonderful family outing and atmosphere. Clean & good music."
