"They lie about coming up to the house if you have to sign for something. They only leave a slip in the mailbox. Also when you pay for express they are still late and no notice."

"Our Post Office in Keithville LA is very good. Sometimes when it rains our mail gets soaked. That's everyone. I've never had that happen anywhere I ever lived, and we lived on the gulf coast where it rained all the time. I won't get down on our mail carrier because I know they all work hard lugging our packages and mail. The only reason why I took one star off is because of an issue with package delivery, sometimes. I've had packages pushed in the mailbox and I could barely get them out. I recently got this box with this supposedly small bucket. I bought it for a baby gift. The box was smashed and so was the bucket. I hope we can glue it back together. It was part of a charity contribution so I'm not going to complain to the charity. This was caused by the Postal Service that sent the box through, not our local carrier. For the most part, I acknowledge their difficulty in getting everything done."

"Today Monday February 22, 2021 no mail was delivered. The mail truck simply passed by our mailbox and did not even pick up our outgoing mail. The roads are clear now after the past week of snow and ice and expected to get some mail today. Evidently the old USPO motto “neither rain, sleet, snow or ice or dark of night shall hinder the appointed rounds” does not apply anymore. Why do we continue to support this sorry service?"
