"When coming into a place of business, I expect professionalism and courtesy (especially dealing with the mentally unstable). The receptionist's there are far from that. They are extrememly rude and nosey. Every time I interact with them they sound absolutely miserable and ask me why I need to speak to my doctor. Um where does HIPPA stand in all of this?! Is that not important anymore?! Love my doctor so this is not a reflection on him. But I highly recommend a new front desk staff."
