"My son's counselor has no concept of time. She either doesn't show up or shows up late. When confronted, she always had a lame excuse. I called Kendall twice to reported this. During the first call, he asked me what did I want him to do. I wanted him to have her be more considerate of appointment times. He never called me back when he said he would. When I called him again, a week later, the issue was brushed off and made to look like it was our fault. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She nor you have ever returned a call about this issue!! The last appointment in question, my son was there, waited for his counselor to show up or call and left when neither of those things happened. As for her contacting me and me saying she should have waited longer, THAT'S A LIE!! THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! It seems you clearly believe her story and not mine. But don't twist the facts. Lastly, no claim was ever made that I was the client. I don't know where that comes from. I am his mother and wouldn't be a good one if I didn't address this issue. Maybe all this happened for a reason. I don't want him under someone's care who is creating such lies to cover her faults! Your biased conclusions are just as bad! I hope you both have a good day!"

"Scheduled our appointment at the same time as someone else. His approach is too rough especially with children of young ages. I would never go back and never recommend."

"Can’t get their scheduling right, place does not exactly hold a professional appearance. Felt reverse discrimination but I guess being white I deserve it. Receptionist has no clue of course. Was given a time slot and told that this was our weekly time slot. Got there and they had someone else scheduled. Of course I have to accept this and Kendall had a mile of excuses as to why. Was told he would push me back to later that night. Business ethics stink. Good luck with this guy."

"Kendall knows more about parenting than I could have learned on my own in a lifetime. My kids listen now. They respect boundaries. They follow rules. My 8-year-old son is learning to take initiative and proactively do what he needs to do (clean up, shower, brush teeth, dress himself, feed himself and his sister, etc). It is all - and I mean 100% - because I stopped doing everything wrong as a parent. I was the problem. I couldn't have done it without Kendall, and I cannot overstate the value of what my family has gained from these sessions."
