"If you value your belongings, do not use this company. The workers were very friendly and helpful; however, they were 4 hours late due to a “flat tire”. There was damage to beds, nightstands, bookshelves etc. After several text messages (4), two phone calls and a message left, within the span of a week, I have yet to hear from the owners. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible, terrible management. Not a way to treat your customers. Beware! Yes, this was 100% your company, I would be more than happy to post the text and phone thread with YOUR phone number. This all could have been handled differently had you returned my calls and texts. Add dishonesty to my list of complaints."

"A & L Movers moved me on December21st. While moving my dining table broke and 2 antique pieces were scratched. It took until February for them to pick up my table. Then, it took until May 8 for a response that they could not fix my table. When they called they said they would put a check in the mail (which was less than my table was worth). I sent my address and I have yet to receive the check. I have tried contacting them and get no answer. I would not recommend them."
