"Ordered 3 things 2 was wrong ask to remake order correctly only corrected one item & expected me to eat cold pizza after waiting 30 more minutes for only part of my order to be remade so I asked for a refund & was told I had days for it to go back to my bank! Now I have no food & they still had my money very horrible service never even apologized just straight up ugly to me about there mess up."

"Present: Months later, Im back. This it has took over nearly two hours for my food. I was told they behind due to staff shortage. However, that could have at least been communicated. I’m understanding. I have worked in the delivery business but to just leave your customer hanging with no signal is crazy. Also, this could have corrected with a discount or something. Nothing. The manager just dismissed it. Past: The pizza was okay. However, it was slightly cold. The lettuce is clearly brown."
