"I am completely disappointed and disgusted with hiring these people- I hired them to move my horse and they told me they’d help me get him all the way to my place and they DIDNT! Tried to charge me another $350 and only took him so far. So I had to hire another person to come pick up my horse from them and sign over from them. I NEVER got an update on WHEN my horse was picked up, HOW he looked at pickup (thankfully the person I purchased from sent pics and let me know), I didn’t know WHO picked my horse up or WHAT his phone number was. They don’t tell you anything about where your horse is or who it’s with. When he got delivered to me he was covered in blood and cuts and sick as could be. He was absolutely terrified when he walked off the trailer and it makes me wonder what these people actually did to my poor horse. They’ve done nothing but fight me since he’s been delivered saying “well he was signed for by the guy you hired saying he was in good condition” and the truth is the guy I hired had no clue what to look for! He was a last minute hire in an emergency situation. These people are disgusting to treat my animal the way they did and I’d give 0 stars if I could. They hurt your animals and then do nothing but harass you afterwards when I’m more than upset with the service I got from them. I’ll be posting this on Facebook and my instagram as well to spread the word of their horrible business."
