"I ordered 3 security screen doors from Tractor Supply. I understand it is the holidays, and when the order said it would be delivered after Christmas, it was not an issue. However, i received an email today stating that I had been “refunded” for my order. I just got off an hour long phone call with tractor supply, who stated that their delivery driver “Amanda” with XPO logistics, said she called me twice, spoke to me directly, and said that I refused the order. She stated these two phone calls occurred on separate days. I have never received a phone call from Amanda, and never refused these doors. I spent a good amount of money on this order AND for the delivery. I am very dissatisfied at this point, and have yet to receive this order."

"Do not recommend, ordered from WAYFAIR and still have not gotten our package. It’s been at the warehouse for 3 weeks, suppose to bring it come delivery day it’s a no show. Will not answer the phone nor texts."

"Over a month ago I purchased a Peloton for my wife. At that time it was scheduled to arrive today but we were never told a time frame. My wife went to have lunch with our daughter and while she was gone we got a call they are only 10 mins away. I let them know she won't be there but would be back very shortly. They did not want to wait for her as we were their last stop in Texas. I called the main number 4 or 5 times and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Peloton spoke with them and told us they were willing to wait for her. Peloton calls me back and asks if it has been delivered. I told them not yet. We found out that they decided not to wait and went back to the warehouse. Now we have no idea when it will be delivered. They do not communicate like they should. Terrible service."

"My Tonal was supposed to be delivered between 5-9pm. The driver called me at 6pm and said he wouldn't be able to get to me until 10pm. He asked if I still wanted him to come and I said yes. But then he said "oh, your on a military base. They won't let me on that late." I called the visitors center when I got off the phone with him and they said he could get on 24/7. I called the driver back, maybe 5 minutes after the first call, and he said "they already canceled the delivery, so now i can't come at all." Now I'm waiting for my tonal to get scanned into the warehouse (2 days wait apparently) before they will reschedule. Oh, and to to it off, when i called xpo, the driver had said the delivery didn't happen because i wasn't home!"
