"Just felt like a number, didn’t feel personable or heard. Everytime I wanted to talk to the doctor I couldn’t because everything was through a message system. Any news was sent through that message system and was not given a phone call. For personal information it should always be a phone call not a text message. They couldn’t do any testing at the office everything was out of office as well."
"Dr. Leblanc is mild mannered and not pretentious, she will answer questions in depth with adequate detail, shes honest and willing to advocate for your health. Never had her deliver a child but I've had a couple of IUDs no problem and I'm glad to be one of her patients."
"I love Dr. Lablanc and her staff. I have been going to her for over 10 years now. She delivered 2 of my kids and has always been wonderful. I was high risk and she always made sure all my thyroid levels were OK during pregnancy. I never feel rushed and she goes over everything with me. I really feel like she cares. I will always use her!"
"Recently started going to Dr. Opal LeBlanc and have to say I enjoyed the visit. No issues, very professional with Southern charm and wonderful staff as well :-) Didn't feel rushed, was relaxed and able to ask questions. She's wonderful!"
"I was a patient of Dr. Leblanc’s since I was 14. I found out my fiancé and I were expecting in february of 2017. I was 25 at the time. I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, I threw up my entire pregnancy up until I gave birth. On my first visit with Dr Leblanc after finding out we were expecting, I explained to her how bad I had been feeling and how nauseated I was. I couldn’t keep any food down until about 1pm everyday. I couldn’t eat in the mornings, only in the afternoons. Even then the few things I could eat weren’t filling! I was basically living off of bananas & sprite. I couldn’t even keep crackers down. Also couldn’t keep my prenatal vitamins down. They tried every nausea medicine and nothing worked. I missed so much work because of the pregnancy and knowing my job would require paperwork, I asked Dr Leblanc at my first appointment for my pregnancy, if they would be able to fill out paperwork because if not I knew I would lose my job. She told me, herself, word for word “yes we can fill out any paperwork you need. Just bring it in and Brittany(her nurse) will fill it out for you.” So I did just that. Brittany refused to vouch for me. She refused to write on the paperwork that I needed to have an intermittent excuse because I hadn’t been diagnosed with anything. My fiancé seen first hand, at my second appointment, when she had to fill out the paperwork how she dismissed my concerns over not being able to eat and missing so much work. It was my first pregnancy! I was terrified. I was told, by Dr Leblanc, I would have trouble getting pregnant because I had issues since I was 14 with my cycle. (i went over a year with no cycle before i found out I was expecting but she didnt seem concerned so I tried not be either) So the pregnancy was a complete surprise! I ended up switching Dr’s after the 3rd appointment because of Dr Leblanc’s nurse refusing to fill out my paperwork. I lost my job because of these people. I requested to speak directly to Dr Leblanc about the issue and every single time I requested to speak to her, she wasn’t able to come talk to me. The only reason Brittany told me I couldn’t speak to her in person was because of surprise deliveries she had to make. I understand that completely, of course you can’t control when patients go into labor, but she never returned a phone call and never made a point to contact me when I asked for her at 2 different appointments! Would never recommend this woman to anyone. Her and her staff were terrible in my experience."
