"Your nurses are very disrespectful. If you are not accepting referrals in a timely manner and scheduling them a year after then your nurses should educate the patient accordingly. In no way, shape or form should a nurse call a patient with an attitude as though the patient should know that you no longer conduct gynecologist work because you are only in Mondays and Fridays and merely focus on surgical work. We don’t know that. If I knew then I would have kindly requested to see someone else. I don’t even know why my doctor refer me to this office. Then one of your nurses have the nerve to call my phone with an attitude. It’s a Shame. I’m sure your Dr doesn’t know about this behavior of yours. But I’ll make sure she does. And please remove accepting new patients from your website. It’s false advertisement. I believe they send people from the inside or friends to put good reviews here."
