"If you are thinking of using this space, look elsewhere! We were very excited to use this space but the space management staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. We had microphone issues during our event that made an otherwise professional event look amateur. NONE of their mics worked, they were all cutting in and out nonstop. Prior to the event they assured us that the mics were tested and good to go, but they clearly were not as we saw from the start of our event and the sound person was not properly trained to address the issue during the event. After the event, they provided cold, form letter type apologies and even suggested other event spaces we could go to instead when we asked for an explanation of what went wrong when we suggested we wanted to come back again next year if the issues were fixed. This place is an embarrassment to Tulane. Take your business elsewhere."
