"The place is honestly run down and filthy, has no air conditioning 99% of the time and is stinky and just a complete mess. With the restrooms being in the horrible conditions they are in and with there being no AC, and no working water, the place is not suitable for any human being to be in. Lucky did nothing to try to fix these conditions."

"place looks horrible. it stinks very bad, no air condition, the doors are broken, the restrooms are nasty looking and i don’t see why anyone would want to use the restroom there, the cafe refrigerator has bugs, mold and mildew and the whole cafe smells like mildew like something died in there and when it rains the building floods.the actual theater smells like mildew or like it’s been flooded and not taken care of and that’s not suitable for any human to be in. also they have beer bottles all over the place. the daycare is also in horrible condition, both of the restrooms are not working, that building also floods but because of the toilets and lucky does nothing to fix any of these problems."
