"Absolute worst experience ever. They charge $50 every December as a membership fee even if you paid it in October when you sign up. If your payment doesn’t auto draft 2 times they make u pay 3 months at a time. And then when you switch companies they charge you for an extra 1 month. Straight up worst business practices I’ve ever seen. The guy Zach is awesome zero complaints about him he’s the best! but I cannot stand behind the business and the way they handle policies. I suggest State Farm. Also got hung up on for generally trying to understand why I had an extra bill. Find another insurance company this one’s going to burn you sooner or later."
