"Took my side by side in for repair. It was submerged in water due to accident. Picked it up two months later. Had it home a day and my husband noticed screws missing. The tail lights came on (no key or anything turned on. He had to take fuse out to get the lights to go off. SXS cranked itself with no key. Took it back in for fix. Today 7/18/23 took it back because of axle problem and was told the wear on the axle was causing it to pop out. It did not do this before the accident.. I Give up. It is now at Elite Powersports in Watson. Beware of Outdoor Powerhouse. They were recommended by Polaris corp..update..it is now 12/11/2023 my sxs was so messed up from outdoor power sports it is still in another shop. phoned outdoor today to get an itemized statement of every part replaced. Was sent in Email..I told the guy on the phone in service department "Thank you very much"..He hung up in my face..I am so glad I documented everytime I had to bring my SXS back as I see this being a court case. Update: Bottom line Outdoor Powerhouse in Denham Springs should have recommended the SXS be totaled. After 4200 dollars paid to them the new shop Elite Power sports is having to replace the motor. Do not take your SXS or any other rec vehicle to this place..Get a second opinion at least."

"We have had the worst experience with this business. A fairing was put on however, it flew off within a week because all of the bolts were not put back on. A very costly mistake for me. They would not repair or replace what they worked on. They also, did not properly seal a clutch plate & oil was leaking the same day I picked it up. I returned to have the problem fixed & all they did was argue instead of making it right. Please find another business that will have better customer service & listen instead of arguing with you."
