"The store is not organized very well. The racks were not kept up and I had difficulty finding dresses to try on. The staff were not helpful. At check out not helpful or friendly."

"I absolutely love the store. Some of the store associates are rude, but that's because they are doing various jobs due to the fact they do not have enough store associates to work. There is only one register to check you out and also for exchanges and returns. That means a very long line and time wasted. If you placed an online order, your wait will be about 25 minutes. This is because of the store reducing its number of associates/employees. (An associate working the register for all business transactions told me about the cutback in employees ). BELK Department Store in Denham Springs has the most amazing clothes, appliances, bedding, cookware, shoes, and all of the BEST stuff you shop for. Please, if you can hire more people. It can only be a wonderful thing for all of the associates that are working at Belk now doing every job except for the job the associate was hired for."

The old hag at the jewelry counter kept judging the fact that I was looking for a necklace for my 11yr old as if that is any of her business besides just shutting up and selling me jewelry. There is definitely an age limit on the working world…time to retire and go be the Karen your heart desires to be lady"

"Customers are rude and treat employees badly by making and leaving a mess everywhere in the store and expect employees to clean up after them. Get over yourselves and pick up after yourselves then we will all have a wonderful shopping experience. Stop putting more work on the employees who are over worked and underpaid."

"Great store to get any and everything. The employees were so nice and helpful. Jennifer, was awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I loved shopping here today. The deals are worth the drive and they have great ugly sweaters for Christmas."
