Reviews
"Easy to shop and find necessary items. Competitive prices and quality products."
"Driver review... this location sucks. No care what so ever for my time. Showed up at 12 noon to be told I have to wait until 3pm. At 3pm the receiving crew was in a meeting. Finally at 3:22pm they unlock receiving door and proceeded to take my paperwork. Receiving clerk came out and took my keys to unload me. 7pm I see a green light finally. 4hrs for 22 pallets. I worked at Walmart/Sam's in the past. The workers here are lazy. Plain and simple."
"EDIT: the manager Cindy personally called to apologize and tell me that they were going to do a training for their staff to address this. I am extremely grateful for her reaching out to fix this issue. I've been a dedicated shopper of Sam's for over a decade. I go to the pharmacy regularly because I'm diabetic, and since I only get refills once a month, I leave with a larger bag of medications. as we were leaving the store today, one of the two workers who scan at the door shouted in a loud voice as I walked out, "WOAH! THATS A LOT OF MEDICINE." taken aback that someone would say something so inappropriate, I just half smiled and said, "diabetic." if you said something like this to the wrong person, you can imagine how detrimental that could be. the last time I went, I had three bags of sweet potato chips in the cart for a party, and as I was getting scanned to leave, the girl scanning me looked at my cart then back at me with such judgement and said, "... you must REALLY like chips..." I just laughed because I'm not sure what the heck I'm supposed to say back to that? why Sam's employees are so concerned with my medication (which can very easily be a HIPPA violation) and how many bags of chips I buy is beyond me. sams needs to train their employees to not be so rude and incredibly inappropriate. I thought this was common sense, but I guess not."
"First time I've been here. Customer service was pretty good. The store was clean. It's the holiday season so there were a few shelves empty and pallets next to them ready to restock. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't find quite a few specific items. I'll end up having to go to another grocery store to finish my list. Which I know is normal for a lot of people but I am LAZY when it comes to shopping and being around crowds of generally impolite people. I want a 1 stop get everything I need and not to have convenience taken advantage of through prices. But ya, it's a good store otherwise."
"Used automotive center to replace my truck battery today. The woman running the counter was doing a great job, multitasking between customers, very polite and delightful associate . Good job on battery install."
