"This is my first time in the Big lots in Denham springs. It had lots of things to choose from that were affordable. I will be going back"

"This store literally closed 7 minutes early. The worker talked to me through the closed door and We both could not hear one another. I then called the store while standing in front of the store and the associate stated they were told to close early. I wonder how true this was? I will Not shop at this location, especially after reading these other horrible reviews!"

"Signs on all of the furniture that say in stock.... But in reality they only have one half of each sofa on the showroom floor, and it took quite some time to figure that out. Then they sent me to siegan rd where it only got worse. Luckily I bought my furniture elsewhere. Turns out it was cheaper and probably a better quality"

"I love Big lots but this location sucks! I tried to return a package that I purchased online and no one was able to assist me! Not only were they not helpful but the attitudes sucked. The last two females that attempted to help me finally said I had to call the number on the receipt to return an online item. This was after being there for over 30 minutes! I took my item and told them I would go to another Big Lots that know what their doing!"

"Big Lots mailed me a coupon and went I went to check out said the coupon was already used!!! Nothing but a way to sucker me into the store then hope I bought anyway. But I did not, I left the merchandise on the counter and walked out. That's the last time my family shops at Big Lots ever!!"
