"The only reason I gave two stars is because of the merchandise. One star for the attitude of the employees. According to google, they are open until 5:30 on Saturdays. My husband and I walked in at 3:54 pm, unaware that apparently they now close at 4 pm Saturday. We were greeted by a rude woman who brusquely yelled “we close in 2 minutes!” Our mere presence walking in clearly annoyed her based on the tone of her voice. Meanwhile, there were about 15 people in there still shopping. We are NOLA transplants that now live in TX and wanted to spend some money buying Mardi Gras decor/novelties for our home. As far as we’re concerned, if you close at 4, you lock the door at that point and allow those that have arrived to continue shopping. A gentle reminder that you’re now closed would have sufficed at the proper time. I was so put off by this employee, we turned around and walked out. Upon walking out, I did see that the closing time was 4pm on Saturdays-maybe y’all should get with google to get that straightened out. If you want to buy cool stuff that reminds you of home, it’s great, but in the future we won’t be coming back. There are too many other places in the area we can shop for the same items."
