"I have been trying to look at an apt with this company for almost 2 weeks now. I requested a tour on line initially got no response beyond the "someone will get back to you" when I received an email back I scheduled a 1pm showing. Got there 5 mins early; office was locked. Stayed there 15 mins after no one came. Emailed them to communicate, no one got back to me until the next dau due to "an emergency". No reschedule... I ask again to reschedule..nothing. I get a text asking "if I'm still interested or should they take me off the contact list" I communicate that I am interested but need a set time to avoid what happened before. Nothing back.. I feel the lack of communication is a terrible reflection of the company a possible warning of what to expect if I were to rent with them."

"Definitely a scam, they showed me a display apartment. Looks like no one ever lived in it. I talked to a lady name Betty just for her to tell me everything is good one day and I could move in when I bring my money orders Friday. After Traveling four hours away with four kids just for her to say I didn’t approve with a email they sent a day before my move in day. No Call nor text. Not to mention she already told me confidential information about another person not approving.They will take your $180 application fee and you won’t get it back. Come to find out they don’t even have no apartments available. Moved out my old place so now me and mine have no where to go at the moment because Betty lied. Apply at your own risk. Smh"

"If I could have given it 0 stars I would have!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! This property is a health hazard and is ran by slumlords!!! The property management team (Cerria) is unprofessional and very rude! My friend lives there and has been dealing with a roach infestation, faulty wiring, MOLD along with water damage, and a broken ac in the middle of summer. All issues have been reported numerous times and nothing has been done. They only care about her rent check. Not to mention on the 5th at the closing of business they tape up the rent drop box with a note saying they have to pay a $75 fee for not having the check there before they closed."

"The air conditioning unit went out in the middle of summer and nothing was done about it. The dish washer ( never use) backed up nothing was done about it. Reported the MOLD they painted over it and a few weeks later it was back. The storage space never locked and was full of MOLD, nothing was done about it. Gated community but gates don't lock or you can't unlock them. The 1 maintenance man can't maintain the grounds by his self, he tries his best. The lady in the office is not friendly at all, she doesn't care about the tenants. DO NOT SWIM IN THE POOL. Your car will get scratched dented and damaged because parking is tight. (tenants act like they don't know how to park. Good luck on finding a decent place to live."

"do not and i mean it do not move here. don't even apply unless you're positive about moving here. they lied and said you get a your $100 back out of the deposit you pay for the wait list. 150 all together you pay you won't get it back. i was told they kept 50 i get the 100. All they do is rob you out of your money. IF I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also im not paying rent for 900 without a washer and dryer. they don't let you see the apartment because they have roaches! very very very very awful"
