I was unnaware at first until my relative told me they watch everyone on camera ... whoever the owner is should start getting more involved with their management team."

"The Pines Of Gretna are in a great location central to everything you need or desire but the fact remains you are given poor service when it comes to your maintenance needs and I have been a faithful tenant since April of 2015. They also have severe termite damage and when you seek the help of the leasing manager or maintenance crew to resolve the issue they avoid you and make countless excuses I was told "it was termite srason what do I expect???" yet the termites are eating through my kitchen and upstairs bathroom like Crunch N Munch and I am not supposed to seek compliance in them taking care of the problem?!?!?! I pay my rent faithfully and feel I deserve more than what I am being given to the owners of this establishment YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS BECAUSE THE STATE OF MY APARTMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Until they start to care about maintaining these apartments properly no one should rent from The Pines Of Gretna or The Pines of Gretna II!!!!!!"
